Winston E. Cunningham, 70,of Strawberry Lane Tiger, Georgia died Monday April 11, 2011 in Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville, Georgia.
Born in Bryson City, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Ed Duvall and Beatrice Cunningham Beasley. He was a retired timber cutter and logger and was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by two sons and their wives, Johnny and Greta Cunningham of Bryson City, NC and “ Moose” and Lizzy Cunningham of Clayton, GA., one daughter and her husband Dianne and Perry Cole of Bryson City, NC., one brother, Robert Earl Beasley of Rock Hill, SC., one sister, Brenda Hadfield of Fayetteville, NC., nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren and several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.
Funeral Services will be Thursday April 14, 2011 at graveside at Rabun Memory Park at 2:00 P.M. conducted by Rev. Roy Lindsey.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 To 8 P.M. Wednesday night April 13, 2011.
The family is at the home of his son and daughter- in-law “Moose” and Lizzy Cunningham on John English Road, Clayton, Georgia.
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
