Tracy Rose Lumley, 49, of Theodore Street, Mountain City, GA., died Monday night January 25, 2010 in Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.
Born in Rabun County December 8, 1960, she was a daughter of the late Howard J. and Rosalie Lester Hopkins. She was a teacher and administrator with the Ninth District Head Start and Pre-K. She attended the Blue Heights Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, James A. Lumley of the home; two daughters, Briana Lumley and Brittany Lumley also of the home; one sister, Vera Hopkins Dodgins of Lakemont, GA; two nephews, Matthew Dodgins and Justin Stine, one niece April Dodgins Webb along with several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 8 PM Thursday, January 28, 2010 from the chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with the Rev. Gabe Southards officiating, following visitation from 6 PM until 8 PM. Cremation will follow funeral services.
The family is at the home on Theodore Street, MT. City,GA.
