Tom Mccrackin

Thomas Thurmond (Tom) McCrackin, 68, of Clayton , Georgia died Wednesday April 20, 2016 in Mtn. Lakes Medical Center. Born June 8, 1947 in Clayton, Ga. to the late James Olin and Hannah Mae Smith McCrackin.

Tom was a U.S. Army Veteran, and worked as a heavy equipment operator and was of the baptist faith.

He was preceded in death besides, his parents James Olin and Hannah Mae Smith McCrackin,and his wife, Peggy McCracken McCrackin and is survived by one brother, Carroll McCrackin (Rhonda) , one sister, Rebecca McCall (Wayne) all of Clayton, Georgia and several nephews , nieces and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday April 23 , 2016 at 11 A.M. at the Chapel of Hunter funeral home with Pastor Madison McCrackin and Rev. Thomas Burrell officiating. Burial will be in the McCrackin Cemetery, on Rickman Airfield Road, Clayton , Ga.

The body is at the Funeral home where visitation will be Friday evening April 22, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. The family is at their respective residences.
