Teresa Davis

Teresa Lynne Davis, 52, of East Boggs Mountain Road Tiger, Georgia., died Monday night July 6, 2015 at her home in the Boggs Mountain Community.

Born in Clayton, Georgia., March 30, 1963, she was the daughter of the late J.C. Elliott and Lillian Taylor Elliott. She was a Baptist and was employed in the furniture manufacturing industry for many years.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Elliott and is survived by five sisters, and their husbands; Alena Lawrence (Bud) of Tiger, GA., Anita Barlow (Dave) of Lakemont, GA., Barbara Elliott of Athens, GA., Patricia Randall (Ricky) of Lavonia, GA., and Tonya Roane (Gregg) of Tiger, GA. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a great great niece and cousins also survive.

Funeral Services will be at the Boggs Mountain Baptist Church Thursday July 9. 2015 AT 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Avery Lawrence and Rev. Bobby Owens officiating. Rev Joe McCrackin will conduct the graveside service at The Wolf Creek Cemetery Tiger, Georgia.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home and will be taken to Boggs Mountain Baptist Church Wednesday July 8, 2015 where visitation will be from 6 to 9 P.M. The family is at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Alena and Bud Lawrence on East Boggs Mountain Road, Tiger, Georgia.

Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
