Shirley Mae Bingham Waldroop, 60, of Alexander Lane, Mt, City, Ga., died Saturday January 23, 2010.
Born October 20, 1949 in Habersham County, she was the daughter of Lola Mae Bingham Coleman of Mt.City and the late James Lee Bingham.
She was a manager in the restaurant industry and attended the Church of God.
Surviving Shirley are her mother, Lola Mae Coleman of Mt.City; sons, Samuel L. Waldroop of Mt. City, Ga., Shane Waldroop and his wife, Joann of Blue Ridge, Ga., one daughter and son-in-law, Danette Diane Waldroop and Ramon Mares of Chatsworth, Ga., two brothers, Eddie Bingham of Blue Ridge, Ga., and Carl Bingham of Cumming, Ga., one sister, Margie Plott of Tiger, Ga., five grandchildren, Lindsey Waldroop, Brooke Waldroop, Raven Mares, Diego Mares and RaAna Mares.
The body has been cremated. Due to the Inclement weather conditions on Saturday January 30, 2010. The Memorial Service has been changed to Sunday February 7, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Alexander and Layman Lloyd Hunter Officiating.
