Sherry Lynn Carter

Sherry Lynn Carter, age 56, of Clayton, Georgia, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024.

She was born on September 22, 1968, in Tampa, Florida. Sherry is survived by her father Roger Carter of Estill, KY; her children: Jonathan Gibson (Chassi) of Lakemont, GA; Andria Robinson (Jerry) of Clayton, GA; and Brandie Gibson (Cheyenne) of Otto, NC. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Madi, Brandin, Braxton, Nevaeh, Savannah, J.P., and Carson; her sister, Lesley Bertram of Florida; and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Carter.

Sherry had a deep love for hiking, exploring waterfalls, collecting rocks, and riding motorcycles. She cherished her grandchildren and adored her cats, Cash and Toki.
