Sarah Gravley

Sarah Louise Gravley, 83, of John Houck Road Clayton, Georgia., died Saturday August 3, 2013 in Habersham Medical Center.

Louise was the widow of Roy Craig Gravely, and was the daughter of the late John and Maude Wilbanks Houck. She spent her life in Rabun County, Georgia., and Claymont, Delaware. She was a homemaker and a member of Battle Branch Baptist Church.

Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Houck and is survived by two daughters and their husbands; Lynn and Tim Speed and Lisa and Norman Dryman both of Clayton. Brothers: James Houck, Harold Houck, Hubert Houck and Roy Houck all of Clayton and by two sisters, Ruth Shirley, of Hartwell, GA., and Edna Warren of Atlanta, GA. One granddaughter, Sophie Speed; two step grandchildren, Nicole Talley and Shannon Deshane and four step great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be at 12:00 P.M. Tuesday August 6, 2013 at Battle Branch Baptist Church with Pastor Madision McCrackin officiating. Burial will be in the Hale Ridge Cemetery.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday August 5, 2013. The Family is at the home on John Houck Road Clayton, Georgia.
