Rosemary Dodgins

Rosemary Million Dodgins, 59, of North Valley Street, Clayton, Georgia., died Wednesday October 16, 2013 at her residence.

Born in Lexington, VA., July 15, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Doris Miller Million. She was the wife of Lewis Dodgins of Clayton. Rosemary was a former employee of Gordon Mills Shoe MFG. Company and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Robinsville Baptist Church in Robinsville, North Carolina., and attended the Newman Chapel Baptist Church in Otto, North Carolina.

Surviving Rosemary are her husband, Lewis Dodgins of the home; one son, Zachary Lewis Dodgins, of Clayton, GA. One daughter, Tammy G. Holbrook (James) of Clayton, GA. Four brothers: Sonny Million (Melanie) Blairsville, GA., Billy Million (Rita) Habersham County, GA., Bobby Million (Linda) of Habersham County, GA., Tim Million (Sandra) Tiger, GA. Two sisters; Cheryl Blackwell (Jimmy) Toccoa, GA., and Wanda Bennett (Ralph) of Vermont. Four grandchildren, John and Brandon Richmond of Clayton, GA. Jordan Dodgins of South Carolina and Austin Holbrook, of Clayton, GA. One great grandson, Darryn Richmond of Clayton, GA. Several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.

Funeral Services will be Saturday at 2:00 pm October 19, 2013 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Cannon and Rev. Thomas Burrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Pickett Cemetery Clayton, Georgia.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Friday October 18, 2013. The family is at the home on North Valley Street, Clayton, Georgia.
