Robin Porterfield

Robin Iona Alexander Porterfield, 51, of Martin, Georgia., died Friday January 23, 2015 at her home.

Born in Toccoa, Georgia., July 3, 1963, she was the daughter of Craig and Anna Free Alexander of Martin, Georgia. She was the widow of William Douglas Porterfield. Mrs. Porterfield was a dispatcher for the trucking industry and was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church, Clarkesville, Georgia.

Surviving her are her parents, Craig and Anna Aleaxander of Martin, GA., one brother, Ricky Alexander of Clayton, GA., five sisters, Roxan Justice of Demorest, GA., Ronda Chadderton of Alto, GA., Regina Bray of Cleveland, GA., Renae Kitchens of Homer, GA., and Rosie Nation of Demorest, GA. Several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.

Graveside Services will be at 3:00 P.M. Monday January 26, 2015 at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Clarkesville, Georgia., with Ricky Alexander conducting the service.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home in Clayton, where visitation will be Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 5 to 7 P.M. The family is at their respective homes.
