Richard Hermansen

Richard Martin Hermansen, 76, of Wayah Trail Clayton, Georgia, died Wednesday March 6, 2013 at Mountain View Health Care Clayton, Georgia.

Born November 27, 1936 in Queens New York to the late Herman and Mildred Canerossi Hermansen. He was a carpenter and a member of the Knights of Colombus and was of the Roman Catholic Faith.

He was preceded death besides his parents by his first wife Phylis Fasano Hermansen and his second wife Anna Marie Hermansen. He is survived by one son, Michael Richard Hermansen of Clayton. Several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be Monday March 11, 2013 10:00 A.M. at the St. Helena Catholic Church with father Alvaro Avendano officiating. Graveside services will be at the Washington Memorial Park in Patchogue, NY. Friday March 15, 2013

Family will receive friends Sunday March 10, 2013 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home from 2 to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. the family is at their respective residences.
