Reba Dyer Smith, 79, of Lakemont, Georgia died Saturday September 11, 2010 in Habersham County Medical Center.
Born May 17, 1931 in Tallulah Falls, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Reeves and Lou Ellen Bingham Dyer. She was a homemaker and bookkeeper and was a member of the Joy Baptist Church.
Surviving her are- One daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Danny Flory of Clayton, Georgia; one son and daughter-in-law, Ernie and Joann Smith of Lakemont, Georgia; one brother, Jim Dyer of Lakemont, Georgia; five grandchildren, Cody and Jesse Smith, Kortney, Kasi and Nate Flory, also survive.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday September 14, 2010 at the Joy Baptist church, Lakemont, Georgia with Rev. John Gipson and Rev. Tony Goss officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 8:00 to 10:00 PM Monday night, September 13, 2010.
The body will be placed in the church at 10:00 AM Tuesday to lie in state. The family is at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Danny Flory on Gettysburg lane, Clayton, Georgia.
