Nora Faye Maxwell

Nora Faye McCall Maxwell, 84, of Neal Little Road in Carnesville, GA, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Born February 17, 1936 in Rabun County, GA she was the daughter of the late Horash McCall and Fannie Mae Fountain McCall. She spent her life as a house wife and was a member of the Harmony Grove Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Horash and Fannie Mae McCall, by brothers, Jim and Henry McCall and by sisters, Lucy Yearwood, Pearl McCall, Frankie Tallent and Dora Queen and is survived by her husband, Fred Maxwell of Carnesville, GA and a sister Cora Huff of Auburn, GA. 

The body has been cremated and a memorial service will be at a later date. 


The family is at the home in Carnesville, GA.
