Milton R. Williams, 82, of Clayton, GA died Wednesday February 19, 2019 at his home.
Born July 4, 1936, he was the son of the late Melvin C. Williams and Mildred Holcomb. He was an industrial ink manufacturer for Hostmann-Steinberg, was a member of King Memorial Community Church and was a veteran of the US Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Mildred Williams a brother, Melvin E. Williams a sister, Shirley Williams Dodd ., and a grandson, Chase Cain. He is survived by his wife , Margaret Keener Williams of the home, one son, Alan Mathews (Selene) of Ewa Beach, HI, three daughters, Judy and Alan Richardson of Conyers, GA, Dawn Williams Cain of Social Circle and Denise and Danny Pugh of College Station, TX, a sister, Brenda Williams Rappe of Covington, GA. Seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be Saturday February 23, 2019 at 2:00pm at the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Westbrook officiating and burial to follow at Blalock Cemetery.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where visitation will be in the Eastside Chapel Friday February 22, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The family is at the home on Mellie Keener Road. The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made, in his memory, to the M.S. Society P.O.
