She was born on March 2nd, 1966 and was the daughter of the late, George Welch Jr. and Doris Holbrooks Welch. Anita was a devoted mother and grandmother who poured her love and dedication into her family while also being a hard worker to provide for the family.
She is survived by her children, Kristy Dodgins, Joshua Dodgins and Jesse Dodgins; one grandchild, Daniel Dodgins; and two brothers, Tim Welch and Tony Welch.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced once available.
