Mildred Hollifield Bramblett

Mildred Hollifield Bramblett, 97, of Tiger, GA passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at the home of her daughter.

Born on July 15, 1924, in Rabun County, she was the daughter of the late John D. Hollifield and Nora Keener. She spent her life in Rabun County as a housewife. She was of the Presbyterian faith.

She was the last member of her immediate family and was preceded in death by her parents, John and Nora Hollifield, her husband, John H. Bramblett, two sons, Byron Keith Bramblett and John Stanley Bramblett, a brother, John Hollifield, Jr., and also by four sisters, Katherine Scroggs, Ruth Shead, Marian Gregory and Doris Cannon. She is survived by a daughter, Maureen Ramey (Crawford) of Clayton, GA and three grandchildren, Jenni Moore, Jill Ramey and Tristan Bramblett, and also by four Great grandchildren, Avery Moore, Maddox Moore, Jessica and Colton Sosebee and Joseph Bramblett.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where a visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022, from 11:00am - 12:00 noon, with a graveside service following at Powell Gap Cemetery in Tiger, GA at 1:30pm, with Rev.
