Michael Thrasher

Michael Allen Thrasher, 50, of Clayton died August 13, 2014 at Stephens County Hospital in Toccoa, Georgia.

Born in Huntsville, Alabama., July 20, 1964 he was the son of Wilma Jean Thrasher. He was a heavy equipment operator and a U.S. Army Veteran and of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by his mother, Wilma Jean Thrasher, of Clayton, GA., one uncle, Dwight Thrasher of Port St Luci, FL., three aunts, Lois Mooney of Miami, FL., Brenda Clark of Candler, NC., and Marilyn McDaniel of Garner, NC. Several cousins and friends also survive.

The body has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
