Mary Louise Blake

Mary Louise Blake, age 67 of Dillard, Georgia passed away after a short battle with cancer on Friday, September 18, 2020.  She was born in New Britain, Connecticut on September 15, 1953 to Stephen Howard Blake and Frances Murphy Blake.  In the 1960s she moved with her family to the Atlanta area and called Georgia home. Mary had a rewarding career as Banquet Manager and Catering/Convention Sales Manager.  Mary was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jon (Donna) and sister, Cheryl (David).  She is survived by her siblings,  Steve Blake (Sandy), Greg Blake (Diane), Chris Blake, Barbie Gallimore (Warren), and Joe Blake. Although Mary did not have children of her own she was a devoted aunt to her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Mary will be remembered for her upbeat personality and love for family, friends and animals. She will be greatly missed. 

A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 11:00 am at St. Helena Catholic Church in Clayton, Georgia.
