Mary Elizabeth Mashburn Hampton, 59, of Tiger, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at her home on Eastman Mountain in Tiger Georgia.
Born July 9, 1960, in Habersham County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Reba Mashburn. She worked for the Clayburne Manufacturing Company as a seamstress and was a member of the Carvers Chapel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilse E. Hampton (Baldy), her mother Reba Mashburn Watts and her stepfather Bill Watts. She is survived by one brother, Billy Jarrell Watts, Jr. of Blairsville, Georgia, two sisters, Lanna Watts Holcomb (Ricky) of Tiger, Georgia and Sandra Watts of Tiger, Georgia and a special nephew, Richard Holcomb.
Due to the (COVID-19) per the State rules and guide lines a private graveside service will be held at the Tallulah Falls Cemetery for (immediate family) only Saturday, April 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Jackie Watts and Rev. Tim McCall officiating.
The family is at the home of Jackie and Joann Watts on Bridge Creek Road in Tiger, Georgia
