Mary Ida Welborn Coalley, 73, Tiger, Georgia


Mary Ida Welborn Coalley, 73 of Crooked Oak Road Tiger, Georgia died Monday July 26, 2010 in North East Georgia Medical Center.
Born September 20, 1936 in Rabun County, she was the daughter of the late Logan and Alberta Allgary Welborn. She was the wife of Gene Coalley of Tiger, Georgia.
She was retired from Claburne MFG. Company as a seamstress and was a member of the Wolffork Christian Fellowship Center, Rabun Gap, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Helen Welborn, a son, Engene Coalley and by a brother, Henry (Bud) Welborn, and is survived by her husband, Gene Coalley of the home; three sons, Kenneth, David and Ricky Coalley of Tiger, Georgia; two daughters, Vickie Moss of Mountain City, Georgia.,& Tracey Coalley, of Tiger, Georgia. One brother, Earl Welborn of Clayton, Georgia.,& two sisters, Bessie Mae Poole of Demorest, Georgia., and Betty Jo Welborn of Clayton, Georgia. Four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday July 28, 2010 at the Wolffork Christian Fellowship Center with Rev. Harvey Conner, Rev. Larry Cannon and Robin Welborn officiating. Burial will be in the Pickett Cemetery, Clayton, Georgia. Layman Lloyd Hunter will conduct the Graveside Service.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends Tuesday Night (Tonight) from 6 to 8 P.M. The body will be placed in the Church at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday July 28, to lie in state.
The family is at home on Crooked Oak Rd Tiger, Georgia.
