Margaret was born on March 22, 1947 in Rabun County and she was the daughter of the late Cecil Monroe Wilbanks and Grace Louise Carpenter Wilbanks.
She is survived by one daughter, Kimberly Couch Meredith (Brent); two granddaughters, Carly Grace Meredith, and Mackenzie Noel Meredith; sister, Delia Wilbanks Sears (Carl); and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Roy Wilbanks and Calvin Wilbanks.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Page officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday prior to the service from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Interment will follow the service at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will also receive friends on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home, 423 Warwoman Rd. Clayton, GA 30525.
