Louise Henslee, 70, of Autumn Lane Clayton, Georgia., died Monday November 4, 2013 in Mountain View Health Care Clayton, Georgia. She was the widow of Frank V. Henslee, Jr., who died in 1992.
Born July 28, 1943 in Rabun County, she was the daughter of the late Lex and Bertha Holcomb Welborn. She was a homemaker and was a member of Black Rock Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Carlton Welborn and is survived by one son, Franklin Henslee (Rita) of Clayton. Three daughters Brenda Henslee Phillips (David) and Laverne Hopkins both of Clayton and Donna Bramblett (Mike) of Habersham County, three sisters; Lillian Queen of Dublin, GA., Naomi McClain of Rabun Gap, GA, and Lenora Robinson of Tiger, GA. Nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.
Funeral Services will be Thursday November 7, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Houston officiating. Burial will follow in the Clayton Cemetery.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 to 9 P.M. Wednesday November 6, 2013. The family is at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and David Phillips on Autumn Lane, Clayton, Georgia.
