Lou Ellen Robinson Love

Lou Ellen Robinson Love, 83 of Mountain City, GA passed away August 24, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Lola Baker Robinson Holt and the late Caney Martin Robinson Sr.

She worked at Rabun Metal Products, Fruit of the Loom and Virginia's Kitchen. Her family was her number one priority. She loved flowers, quilting and cooking for her loved ones. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Rocky Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Lou Ellen was preceded in death by her brother Martin Robinson and sister Jean Lee.

She is survived by her sister Ann Moss of Hiawassee, GA, son Jesse Chamblee of Clayton, GA, daughters Debra (Ricky) Coalley of Tiger, GA and Janet (John) Benfield of Clayton, GA, sister-in-law Barbara Robinson and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and several very dear friends also survive.

Visitation will be held at the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home Saturday, August 26 from 6 to 8 pm and the service will be at the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home on Sunday, August 27 at 2pm with Pastors Robbie Welborn, Danny Cannon and Cale Stancil officiating. Burial to follow at Robinson Cemetery on Charlie Mountain Road.
