Linda Lee Black Plakstis of Grandview Lane Clayton, GA., died Tuesday December 8, 2020 at her residence.
Born in Fort Pierce Florida September 11, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Webb Black and Agnes Blanton Black. She was the former owner and operator of Clayton Cafe for many years and was of the Baptist Faith. She was the last member of her immediate family.
She is survived by her husband, Tom Plakstis of Clayton, her son and daughter-in-law Joe and Lisa Fingulin of Clayton, GA. Six grandchildren ten great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren also survive.
The body has been cremated by Habersham Crematory and a Memorial Service will be held at her residence Friday December 11, 2020 at Grandview Lane Clayton, GA. From 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
The family is at their respective residences. The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial donations, be made in her memory to Amedysis Hospice or Rabun Paws for Life.
