Levern Dye

Levern Villard Dye, age 92, of Clayton, GA passed away July 3, 2022.

Born on June 1, 1930, he is the son of the late Emory Dye and Dovie Hancock Dye. He is survived by his loving wife Zuma Bowers Dye. Levern loved to fish and quail hunt. He was also a long-time member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and also The Gideons International.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Alan Layne Dye (Kelly); and one daughter in law Konstantina “Dina” Vinson (David); two grandchildren, Allison Dye and Maria Vinson; Levern was the last living member of his immediate family.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 2:30 pm at Liberty Community Cemetery with Rev. David Speagle officiating.

The family will be at their respective residence.
