Kenneth Jesse Justus, 69, of Clayton, GA. died Saturday evening October 1, 2011 in Alto, GA.
Born in Rabun County, GA., October 17, 1941, he was the son of the late William Noel Justus and Louella Gordon Justus. He was a commercial printer, including Georgia Bulldog posters. He was a member of Mountain Grove Baptist Church in the Germany Community.
He is survived by two sons; Rex Justus of Franklin, Tennessee and Noel Justus of Florida and one daughter, Laura Justus Puryear of Gallatin, Tennessee. One brother, Allen Justus of Clayton, GA., one sister, Sue Nell Lightsey of Lawrenceville, GA., a special aunt, Thelma “Tee” Justus of Clayton, GA and four grandchildren; Austin Justus, John Christian Puryear, James Puryear and Anna Lee Puryear, one special nephew, Ricky Justus and one special niece, Christy Williams, both of Alto, GA.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at 11:00 AM at the Mountain Grove Baptist Church in the Germany Community with Rev. Larry Cannon officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Monday, October 3, 2011. The family is at their respective residences.
