Karen Crawford Argoe, 52, of Old Chechero Road, Clayton, Georgia., died October 18, 2013, in Highlands, North Carolina.

Born in Monmouth County, New Jersey, October 2, 1961 she was the daughter of the late Allen Eastman Crawford, Jr., and Charlotte Merita Hopper Crawford. She was a clerk in a convenience store before she became disabled. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

Surviving are Three daughters; Alisha Colbert, April Argoe and Amy Argoe, all of Clayton, GA. One sister, Melinda Crawford of Lighthouse Point, FL. Three brothers; Allen Eastman Crawford, III, of New Port, NJ., Frank D. Crawford of Delaware and Christopher Joseph Crawford of West Long Branch, New Jersey, and four grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday October 23, 2013 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Cates officiating. Cremation will follow.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends Tuesday evening October 22, 2013 from 6 to 8 P.M. The family is at 474 Timpson Cove Road, Clayton, Georgia.

Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
