Judy Carter

Judy Lee Carter 64, of Taylor Valley Road Clayton, Georgia., died Sunday night, February 10, 2013 at her residence.

Born in Tiger Georgia., April 23, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Ethel Bradshaw Gibson. She was employed by Claburne MFG. Company for many years and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of God.

Judy was preceded in death by a son, James Odell Carter; by three brothers, David, Johnny and Leonard Gipson and by a sister Mildred Gragg., and is survived by a son and daughter in-law, Travis and Shannon Carter of Clayton, Georgia. A brother, Harold Mayro of Atlanta, and three sisters, Susie Gragg, Kathy Massengill and Geraldine Hunt all of Clayton. Three grandchildren, Tyler Carter, Austin Carter and Britney Carter and a host of Nephews, Nieces and cousins.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M Wednesday February 13, 2013 in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmie Kilby officiating. Burial will be in the Roane Cemetery Clayton, Georgia.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday February 12, 2013. The family is at the home of her son and daughter in-law, Travis and Shannon Carter on Taylor Valley Road, Clayton, Georgia.
