Joyce Wilburn

Joyce Pamela Webb Wilburn, age 83, passed away on December 29, 2019 at Eckerd Living Center in Highlands, North Carolina.

She was born on January 31, 1936 in Highlands, North Carolina to the late Leonard and Rittie Jenkins Webb and was the widow of Lee Ray Wilburn. She was a life long resident of Rabun County and a homemaker and was of the Church of God Faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents along with her husband and two sons, Clint Wilburn and Tracy Wilburn. She is survived by two daughters, Colleen Wilburn of Clayton, Georgia, Yvonda Stephens(Wayne) of Clayton, Georgia, two brothers, Owen Webb of Clarkesville, Georgia, Duane Webb of Hickory, North Carolina, and two sisters, Donna Vee Bradshaw of Mt. Airy, Georgia and Zanthus Wilson of Otto, North Carolina. Seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM (the funeral hour) with funeral services to follow at 11:00 AM on December 31, 2019 in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend Thomas Burrell and burial to follow at Taylor’s Chapel Cemetery.

The Family is at the home of her daughter on Orme Street in Clayton, Georgia.
