Johnny Dixon

Johnny Dale Dixon, 59, of Clayton, GA passed away to his heavenly home in glory on January 8, 2019. 

Born in Demorest, GA on October 21, 1959, he was a precious son of Rosemary Turpin Dixon.,  and the late Billy Haven Dixon.

He is also survived by his mother, Rosemary Turpin Dixon by his sister Donna E. Dixon, a brother Donnie M. Dixon, his special Aunt Marsha, many nieces and nephews whom he loved with all his heart. 
He accomplished much after his graduation from the University ofGeorgia until he was struck down from the horrible disease of M.S.

It was always his always his dream for his body to be donated to science, so that maybe he could help at least one person or to help find a cure for M.S.
His body is at Emory now.

He was truly “one in a million” with a smile for everyone, even in his pain. He loved and was loved by all who ever had the privilege to know him and care for him.
Even until the end of his days he was an inspiration and a comfort and joy to care for and to love. He will truly be missed. 

A Dale Day Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm Saturday January 19, 2019 at the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home. The family is at the home of his mother, Rosemary Dixon, on Dry Pond Rd. In Clayton
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
