Jody Head , 51 , of Lakemont , Ga. died Thursday November 27 , 2008 at his residence .
Born April 18 , 1957 in Pontiac , Michigan , He was the son of the late Jack H. Head ,Sr. and Marie Brown Head . He was a Carpenter by trade , and attended the Church of God .
He is survived by a son , Jamon Garland of Royston , Ga. , Two daughters , Sarah Palmer of Franklin , North Carolina and Colva Head of Miami , Florida . , Two brothers ; Bill Head of Pontiac , Michigan , and Jim Head of Batesville , Ga. Three sisters , Ann Deering of Wiley ,Ga . ; Carol Pless of Eastonollie , Ga. and Trisha Mosley of Lakemont, Ga. Two Grandchildren , Hunter and Nevaeh . Several Nephews , Nieces and Cousins also survive .
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday December 1 , 2008 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Cheek officiating .
Burial will be in the Hale Ridge Cemetery Rt..1. Clayton .
The body is at the Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday Night November 30 , 2008 .
The family is at the home of his sister , Trisha Mosley on Mountain Stream Lane , Lakemont , Ga.
