Jim Williams, 75, of Rabun Gap, GA., died at his home Tuesday March 27, 2018. He was the husband of Deborah Saxton Williams. He was born in Atlanta, GA., July 16, 1942, the son of George and Eleanor Sewell Williams.
He was a self employed manufacturer of acrylics (retired) was was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Clayton. Jim and Deborah moved to Rabun Gap, GA., about twenty years ago.
Jim is survived by his wife, Deborah of the home, two sons, Kenny Williams of Destin, FL., and Trae Sharpe of Rabun Gap, GA., two daughters, Christy Jordan (Brent) of Gulf Shores, Alabama and Heather Sharpe of Winder, GA., one sister, Susan Adams (Bill) of Dawsonville, GA, his parents, James and Eleanor Garner, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The body has been cremated and a memorial service will be Saturday March 31, 2018 at the home on 4434 Wolffork Road at 1:45pm conducted by Rev. Jeremy Lawson.
Visitation will be at the home from 1:30P.M. to 4:00 P.M. with a informal memorial service at 1:45P.M.
