Jesse Key

W. Jesse Key, 58, of Clayton, Georgia., died Wednesday May 7, 2014 at his residence.

Born March 30, 1956 in Franklin, North Carolina., he was the son of Helen McDowell Key of Clayton and the late William Joe Key. He was a master carpenter, a master mason in the Fayetteville Georgia lodge and was a 32nd degree mason. He was a member of Blue Heights Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother, Helen Key of Clayton, three sisters, Betty Harp (John) Fayetteville, GA., Dottie Wall of Clayton, GA., Brenda Jo Giles (Glenn) of Tiger, GA. One nephew, Darrin Giles (Amy) Tiger, GA., two great nephews, Jarrett Giles and Reed Giles of Tiger, GA.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday May 10, 2014 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Harvey Conner officiating. Burial will be in the Pickett Cemetery.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Friday night May 9, 2014. The family is at home of his mother on Stekoa Falls Road., Clayton.
