Jarvis Littrell, 75, of Clayton, Georgia., died Saturday July 18, 2015 in Mountain View Health Care Clayton, Georgia.
Born in Jackson County, North Carolina., he was the son of the late John and Rixie Jones Littrell. He lived the greater part of his life in the Persimmon Community of Rabun County. He was a carpenter, a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam and was of the Baptist Faith.
Mr. Littrell was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by three brothers, George, J.C. and Bill Littrell and by two sisters, Audrey Littrell Guffie and Ella Mae Littrell Baliles and he is survived by a daughter, Karen (Pebbles) Littrell Rodriquez (Amadeo) of Clayton, GA., three brothers, Amos Littrell (Bobbie) Glen Littrell (June) both of tiger and Steve Littrell (Mary Ann) of Clayton, GA., one sister, Lois Burrell (Jerry) of Tiger, GA. two grandchildren, Celia Rodriguez and Maraeli Rodriquez also survive.
Funeral Services will be at 12:00 P.M. noon Wednesday July 22, 2015 at Rocky Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Kyle Watts officiating. Burial will follow in the Rocky Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body will be taken to the Church Tuesday July 21, 2015 for visitation from 6 to 8 P.M. The family is at the home of his sister and brother-in- law, Lois and Jerry Burrell on Richie Road., Tiger, Georgia., Family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made in his memory to Hunter Funeral Home P.O. Box 653 Clayton, GA. 30525 to aid in funeral expenses and/ or Rocky Grove Baptist Church 6900 Bridge Creek Road., Tiger, GA., 30576
