James A. Marsengill, 58, Mt. City, Ga.
James A. Marsengill, 58, of Will Zoellner Rd. Mt. City, Ga., died Monday February 1, 2010 in Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville, Ga.
Born in Rabun County August 17, 1951, he was the son of the late David Andrew and Alice Chastain Marsengill. He was a machine operator in the textile industry and attended the Christian Fellowship Church in the Wolffork Community, Rabun Gap, Ga.
He is survived by three brothers, Troy Marsengill of Toccoa, Ga., Norman Marsengill and Randy Marsengill of Mt City, Ga., two sisters, Faye Quilliams of Rabun Gap, Ga., and Joyce Sutton of Clarkesville, Ga. Several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday February 3, 2010 at the Christian Fellowship Church in Rabun Gap conducted by Rev. Harvey Conner and Rev. J.C. Quilliams. Burial will be in the Pickett Cemetery, Clayton, Ga.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday February 2, 2010.
The family is at the home of his sister and brother-in-law, Faye and Gary Quilliams on Americus Lane, Rabun Gap, Ga.
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
