Jack D. Beasley

Jack D. Beasley, 91, of Clayton, died Monday morning September 28, 2015 at Mountain View Health Care in Clayton. He was the widower of Dean O. Beasley.

Born in Macon County, North Carolina., October 16, 1923 , he was the son of the late Will and Ora Williams Beasley. He was employed for several years at Rabun Quarries and at Ritter Lumber Company and retired from Burlington Industries. He was Baptist by Faith.

Jack is survived by a daughter, Patricia (Pat) Wilburn of Clayton, GA., two brothers, Charles Beasley and Quinton Beasley both of Jasper, GA., and by a sister, Blanche Beasley of Jasper, GA. Three grandchildren, Paul Wheeler, Connie Wheeler and Kristy Roach. Five great grandchildren also survive.

The body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. The family is at their respective residences.
