Glenn Lee Holt, 61, of Rabun Gap, GA passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Born in Rabun County on July 24, 1959, he was the son of Roberta Rogers Holt and the late Ray Holt. He lived his life in Rabun County and worked for Vulcan as a heavy machine operator and was of the Baptist Faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Holt and s survived by his mother Roberta Holt, his wife, Wanda Holt of the home, two daughters, Gwen Owens (AJ) of Lakemont, GA and Laura Abbott of Rabun Gap, GA, a brother, Larry Holt (Jean) of Highlands, NC and a sister, Janice Harkins (Tommy) of Rabun Gap, GA. Four grandchildren, Chelsea Abbott, Emily Abbott, Michael Watts and Johnathan Watts also survive.

The body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 1:00pm at the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Carpenter officiating. There will be a visitation prior to the memorial service from 12:00 noon - 1:00pm (the service hour.)

The family is at the home on Ponderosa Road in Rabun Gap.
