Glenn Chastain

Glenn Robert Chastain, 61 passed away peacefully at his home in Clayton, Ga on July 27, 2018. He was born on March 10, 1957 to Burley Lee Chastain and Dorothy Naomi Watkins Chastain in Rabun County GA.
Glenn served a short time in the United States Air Force and received the National Defense Service Medal.

He was skilled at everything he did but welding and fabrication was his specialty. Glenn enjoyed woodworking, trail riding, hunting, fishing, pickin’ the guitar and horse trading.
He was preceded in death by both his parents.

Glenn is survived by two daughters, Naomi Chastain (Earl) of Lakeland, FL., Nichol Chastain of Jefferson, GA., a son Tony Wallace of Leoma, TN. One sister Judy Chastain (Randy) of Jefferson, GA., one brother Michael Chastain (Judy) of Clayton, GA. One nephew, one niece and 6 grandchildren.

Glenn’s body has been cremated and a Memorial dinner will be September 15 at Randy’s Horse Camp in Clayton, GA. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Hunter Funeral to aid in funeral expenses.
