Geraldine Gibson Shook

Geraldine Gibson Shook 66 of Clayton Ga passed away Peacefully On October 3, 2024 at Mountain View Health Care Center in Clayton, Ga, Surrounded by her loving kids and close family. Geraldine was born on Feb. 9, 1958, in Clayton, Ga to the late Bill and Ethel Gibson. 

Geraldine was preceded in death by her grandson Holden Young, and her siblings Harold Mayro, Judy Carter, Susie Gragg, Mildred Gragg, David Gibson , Leonard Gibson, and Johnny Gibson. Geraldine is survived by her sister Kathy Massengill, four children: Jamie Montgomery, Beth Lane, Misty Bleckley and Ashly Bleckley, and fifteen grandchildren, one great grandchild. 

Geraldine was a kind, loving individual who deeply cared for her grandchildren. Geraldine could always be found doing word search puzzles or caring for her dogs. 

Geraldine will be greatly missed by so many. Geraldine’s wishes where to be cremated, so the family will be having a celebration of Life service on Sunday October 13, at 4 pm. The celebration will be held at the First Assembly Church of God 128 Valley St. Clayton, Ga 30525.
