Francis Miller

Francis Alexander "Fritz" Miller, age 103, of Melbourne, FL, passed away in Palm Bay, FL, Wednesday February 6, 2019. 

Born in Hyattsville, Maryland March 29, 1915, he was the son of the late Lewis Thomas Miller, Sr. and Henrietta Marie Reichmann Miller. He was a retired chief budget officer at Patrick Air Force Base. He was an active member for many years for the First United Methodist Church and was a veteran of the US Army in WWII in Germany and France.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edythe Harris Miller in August 1996. He is survived by his daughters, Patricia Jones (R. Bradford, Jr.), Linda Zenik (Manuel), Lynn Thompson, Bonnie Miller, Mary Miller, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. 

A service was held in Florida Friday February 15, 2019 and a graveside service will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Rabun Gap, GA Monday February 18, 2019 at 2:00pm with military honors, conducted by Rev. James Turpin. 

Family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made, in his memory, to William Childs Hospice House, 381 Med. Plex Parkway, Palm Bay, FL 32907.
