Frances Mae Johnson

Frances Mae Johnson, 91, of Clayton, Georgia., of Clayton, Georgia., died Saturday October 17, 2015., at Mountain Lakes Medical Center.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Doyle and Irene Purdy Noble. She had lived the greater part of her life in Illinois. She was the widow of Edwin O. Johnson. Mrs. Johnson was a hairdresser by profession. She was a member of the Lutheran and the Church of God Church. She was a member of the Women’s Missionary League and a member of Woman’s A glow.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by a son, Edwin M. Johnson of Fernandino, Beach, FL., by three daughters, Cynthia Johnson of Clayton, Pamela Griffith of Ocala, FL., and by Celeste Stadler of Venice, FL. one sister, Janet Smith of Spartanburg, SC. Nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren also survive.

A Funeral Service will be at the Clayton Church of God at 1:00 P.M Tuesday October 20, 2015 conducted by Pastor Bryan Alexander. Burial will be in the Florida National Cemetery, in Bushnell, Florida., Friday October 23, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. The Family is at their respective residences.
