Fannie Teague, 86, Clayton, Ga.


Fannie Katharine Queen Teague, 86, of Hiawassee and Clayton, Died Friday morning September 25, 2009 in Chatuge Regional Nursing Home in Hiawassee, Ga. She was the widow of Louie Teague.
Born in Rabun County September 11, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Addie Welborn Queen. She was a homemaker and a member of the Battle Branch Baptist Church.
Surviving are; one son, James Jump of Pelzer, SC; one daughter, Lina Sue Garrett of Young Harris, Ga., five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday September 27, 2009 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Cranford Carnes and Layman Lloyd Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in the Pickett Cemetery. The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where Family will receive friends from 6 to 9 P.M. Saturday September 27, 2009. The family is at the home of her daughter, Lina Sue Garrett of Winslow King Road Young Harris, Ga. Family asks in lieu of flowers Memorials be made to Gideon’s International, P.O. Box 241, Clayton, Ga. 30525
