Emily Tyler

Emily Rogers Tyler, 85, of Rogers Cove Lane Mountain City, Georgia., died Monday night March 18, 2013 at her residence. She was the widow of Cecil Harold Tyler.

Born in Clayton Georgia March 28, 1926 to the late Walter and Molly Nix Rogers. She was a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother and was of the Baptist Faith.

She was preceded in death besides her husband and parents by two sons, Harold and Rickey Tyler. She is survived by two sons and their spouses, Travis and Dale Tyler of Mountain City, GA., and Terry and Vicki Tyler of Mountain City, GA., one sister Selene English of Florida eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.

The body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held Saturday April 27, 1:00 P.M. at the Mountain City United Methodist Church. with Visitation following the service.
