Douglas Wadzeck

Douglas Lee Wadzeck, 59, of Rivendell Road, Clarkesville, Georgia., died Sunday December 1, 2013 in Habersham Medical Center in Demorest, Georgia.

Born in Walsenburg, Colorado, April 4, 1954 he was the son of Shirley Manke Griffin and the late Lee Griffin and his adoptive father Al Wadzeck. He was a carpenter by trade and worked for the railroad and was a cowboy and worked rodeos. He attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Doug was preceded in death by a son, Travis and is survived by his wife Bonnie Saunders Wadzeck of the home, Mother Shirley Manke Webster of Harrah. OK., two sons, Cody Wadzeck (Lisa) of Utah., Brian Poole of Clarkesville, GA., two daughters, Shawna of Trinidad, Colorado and Tabitha of Cumming, GA.Two Brothers,Jimmy Griffin and Brad Griffin Both of Nacogdoches Texas. Eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday December 6, 2013 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with the Pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist Church officiating.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends Friday December 6, 2013 from 11:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. (The Funeral Hour). Cremation will follow the service. The family is at the home on Rivendell Road, Clarkesville, Georgia.
