Dorothy Galloway Ezell 83, Clayton


Dorothy Galloway Ezell, 83, of Clayton, died Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Mountain View Health Center in Clayton.
Born in Rabun County October 3, 1928 she was a daughter of the late Fred Sr. and Annie Mae Speed Galloway. She was a retired Recreation Aide and was of the Unitarian Universalist Faith.
She was preceded in death by, brothers, Fred Jr., Floyd, Carl, and Maynard Galloway, and a sister Lucy G. Cannon.
Survivors include her husband, Dean J. Ezell of Clayton; two brothers, Lawton Galloway and Burnell Galloway both of Clayton; one sister Verena Burnette of Rabun Gap.
Memorial services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Hunter Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Jeffrey Brookshire officiating.
A second memorial service will be held in May 2012 in Gainesville by Compassionate Hospice.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributtions be made to Alzheimers Foundation of America 322 Eighth Ave., 7th Fl, New York, NY 10001
The family is at their respective residences.
