Donny Hamilton

Donny Hamilton, 64, of Rabun County, Georgia passed away on April 21, 2020 at his home on Hamilton Lane in Clayton, Georgia.

Born March 7, 1956, in Rabun County, he was the son of the late Willard Buren Hamilton and Amy Sue Welborn Hamilton. He was self-employed as a welder and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard Buren Hamilton and Amy Sue Welborn Hamilton. He is survived by one daughter, Amy Hamilton of Clayton, Georgia., and by two sisters, Lynn Hamilton of Clayton and Carla (Ronald) Ramey of Clayton, Georgia. He is also survived by one granddaughter, Abbigene Hamilton.

Due to the (COVID-19) per the State rules and guidelines a private graveside service at Timpson Cove Cemetery for (immediate family) only will be on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 1:00pm with Rev. Carlton Walker officiating.

The family is at the home on Hamilton Lane in Clayton, Georgia.

Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
