Devin Dewayne Marcus, 37, of Marcus Circle, Tiger GA, died Sunday, September 30th, 2012, at Mountain View Health Care, Clayton GA.
Born in Stephens County, February 7th, 1975, he was the son of Hastel Dave Marcus of Tiger, GA, and Minnie Lou Green Marcus of Clayton, GA. He was an inspector in the Textile Industry with Parkdale Corp. He was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving him are his parents, Hastel and Charlene Marcus of Tiger, GA and Minnie Green Marcus of Clayton, GA. A son, Bryant Dominque Marcus, of Cornelia, 2 brothers, Darion Dave Marcus of Clayton, GA and David Lester Marcus of Tiger, GA. Grandmother, Helen Burrell Green, of Clayton, GA. A special friend, Tamara Bryson, of Clayton, GA, and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Funeral services will be at Thursday, October 4th, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Smith, Rev. Mike Wilson and Layman Lloyd Hunter officiating. The burial will be in Rabun Memory Park. The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 pm Wednesday evening October 3rd, 2012. The family is at the home of his mother, Minnie Marcus on Dunlap Street, Clayton.
