Deborah Raye Webb

Deborah Raye Webb, 56, of Clarkesville, Georgia., died Friday September 4, 2015 in Habersham Medical Center, Demorest, GA.

She was born in Rabun County January 12, 1959 to Dwight Nicholson and Dorothy Webb. She had lived the greater part of her life in Rabun County. She was employed in the textile industry at Claburne MFG. Company and was a domestic and of the Baptist Faith.

Deborah is survived by- her companion, Rick Bishop of the home. One daughter, Jamie Shaffer of Clayton, one step daughter, Missy Bishop of Arcadia, FL., one stepson, Fredrick Bishop, Jr., of Rineyville, Kentucky., five brothers, Harold Webb of Clayton, Doug Webb, Mt. Rest, SC., Jimmy Webb and Danny Webb of Tiger, GA., and Kenneth Nicholson , of Greenville, SC. Five sisters, Teresa Singleton, Clayton, GA., Vicky Hamel, Clarkesville, GA., Bobbie Harris, Mt. Rest, SC., Ginger Bleckley- Habersham County GA., and Brenda Gail Daley of Walhalla, SC. Nine grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday September 8, 2015 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home conducted by Phil Harris. Burial will be in the Long Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Long Creek, SC.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday September 7, 2015. The family is at the home of her sister, Teresa Singleton in the Warwoman Community, Clayton, GA.
