Danny Ray Queen, 44, of Sugar Ridge Drive in Cleveland, GA., died Friday July 18, 2008 in Helen, GA. He was born August 22, 1963.
He was the son of the late Jack G. Queen and Susie Bramblett of Helen, GA. He was the widow of Mary Payne Queen. He was a automobile salesman and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by one daughter- Ashley Queen of Port Charlotte, FL.; Three brothers-Darrell Queen of Lula,GA., Jeffery Queen and Dennis (Chubby) Queen both of Cleveland, GA.; A paternal grandmother- Shalcee Queen of Port Charlotte, FL.; one granddaughter.
Funeral Services will be Thursday July 24, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with the Rev. Thomas Burrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Top Baptist Church Cemetery in Blairsville, GA.
The family is at their respective residences. The body is at Hunter Funeral Home and family will receive friends Wednesday July 23, 2008 from 7 to 9 PM.
