Cori Irene Wooten, 29, of Cathey Road, Mountain City, Georgia., died Wednesday night, October 30, 2013 in Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia.
She was born in Oconee County, South Carolina September 5, 1984. She is the daughter of Joel and Aleta Winchester of Mountain City, Georgia. She was and accountant and attended the Clayton Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Willie Barnett and is survived by her parents, Joel and Aleta Winchester of Mt. City, GA., by her finance, Jeffery Dickerson, of Mt. City, GA., one brother, Devin Wooten, Mt. City., three sisters, Sara Wooten, Mt. City, Jeanna Owens, Clayton, Ashley Watts, Dillard, GA., maternal grandmother, Sarah Barnett, Clayton, GA. Several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.
Funeral Services will be Saturday November 2, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Clayton Church of God with Rev. Bryan Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in Rabun Memory Park.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home and will be taken to the Clayton Church of God Friday November 1, 2013, where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M.
The family is at the home of her parents, Joel and Aleta Winchester on Cathey Road in Mountain City, Georgia.
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
