Clint Ledford

Clint M. Ledford, 71, of Demorest, Georgia., died Tuesday February 25, 2014 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Born in Hayesville, North Carolina., June 2, 1942 he was the son of the late Early and Ora Alene Prince Ledford. He was a police officer and a musician and was of the Baptist Faith.

Clint was preceded in death, besides his parents, a brother, Kenneth Ralph Ledford and a sister, Paralee Anderson and is survived by his wife, Heidi Schuster Ledford; Demorest, GA., a daughter Anita Wade (Donny) of Demorest, GA., three brothers, Cress Ledford and Michael Ledford of Clarkesville, GA., and John Anthony Ledford of Demorest, GA. Three Sisters, Joyce Wheeler and Cathy Taylor of Demorest, GA., and Linda Faulkner of Cornelia, GA., one great granddaughter, Tamara Wade and a very special friend, Ed Hunnicutt of Mountain, City, GA.

Funeral Services will be Thursday February 27, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Layman Lloyd Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in the Hunnicutt Cemetery Mountain City, GA.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends Wednesday night February 26, 2014 from 6 to 8 P.M. The family is at their respective residences.
